1 - GAP ANALYSIS

To understand the organization requirements and to ensure existing system being followed by the organization, gaps are identified against the certification criteria.

2 - AWARENESS TRAINING PROGRAMME

RFM conducts Awareness training to all the employees in the organization to explain about the ISO standards, back ground of standards, customization of standards towards the organization and the brief explanation about the clauses of ISO..

3 - SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION

Documentation includes Drafting of manual, procedures, Standard operating procedures/ work instructions, Control plan, quality plan etc., Templates or Formats to maintain the recorded data in a structured manner. The above content shall be provided to the organization by us.

4 - IMPLEMENTATION

We guide every process owner to implement the required systems and guide them to maintain records as per the organization and standards requirements.

5 - INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING

RFM conducts Internal Auditor training core process owners to equip them to audit, find non-conformities, conducting cause analysis and corrective and preventive action planned, taken and verification of corrective action taken.

6 - INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT

RFM guides the organization through MR, to conduct Internal audit, and find Non-conformities.

7 - CORRECTIVE ACTION

RFM helps in identifying the root cause of the problem and helps the organization to take effective action on the identified cause. Verification of correction action taken in also verified and records maintained.

8 - MANAGEMENT REVIEW

RFM guides the Top Management or the designate to conduct an Effective management Review with all its process owners and officially record its comments towards the organization direction and guidance for the team to perform.
